How do I make a return?
Print a “Returns Authorization Form” from this page for each item you are returning. This form must be filled out completely and included in your return package within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You are welcome to mail items via an insured carrier of your choice to:

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Rennde is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
Orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in original, unwashed, unused condition with original attached tags and packaging.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Shipping & shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
Include the “Returns Authorization Form” and the item you are returning in your package (packages without authorization are not accepted).
